I am currently working in a nursery which I was first employed as a level 2 apprentice in May of 2021 which I am now qualified in level 2 nursery practitioner. Over the past 3 and a half years of working in my current nursery I have developed many skills and grown confidence in working with children and have come to understand how important children’s developmental stage is through regular training alongside my job to improve work performance.
