Hi, I'm Caitlin, aged 23 and have a degree in Education with Autism, Disability and SEN. I’m a qualified Level 3 practitioner with over 800 hours of work experience in primary schools and nurseries. From my work experience I have developed a strong understanding of children’s learning and development from 0-7 years and familiarized myself with policies and procedures that are used in early years settings. I have done babysitting before, for single parents before the COVID pandemic. I looked after a child aged 3 and a child aged 8 as and when required, often this was for a few hours.
