Hi, my name is Caitlin and I am 24 years old. I live in Pateley Bridge. I am the oldest of four siblings with them ranging from the ages of 11 to 19. I spent a year working for a family of 5 with those children ranging from 1-13. I spent a lot of time with this family and predominately had sole care of them. The eldest 2 children have severe special educational needs and a lot of need and attention required. I have babysat for several families since the age of 14. I have worked 3 years in total at a day nursery and also became a room lead whilst there. I worked with the babies, toddlers, pre school children and the children from our after school club. I’ve spent 2 summers abroad working for Camp America as a camp counselor the first season and my second season I returned with a promotion of head staff. I’ve also just spent the last 2 years being a teaching assistant in a primary school in Harrogate and I’m now studying my PGCE teacher training
