I strive to provide a warm, fun and nurturing environment for children in my care. I have worked as a primary school teaching assistant for 5 years and prior to this job I was a support worker for children living with a range of special needs and challenging behaviour. This year I will be completing my teacher training, meaning my available hours will fall suitably inline with childcare requirements. I'm fun whilst being appreciative of boundaries and behavioural approaches each family wishes to take.
