Years of experience in babysitting, ranging from family to friends, as well as nannying for 2 years a few years ago. I have two amazing nieces who I regularly look after aged 18 months and 3 years - so again plenty of hands on experience. Volunteered with young children for over 10 years - this has included creating and running youth groups and activities, nannying 1:1, and providing support to children with SEN / neurodiversity. I have experience of working with children from newborn to teenagers, with my primary experience being with primary school aged children.
