Prior to university I worked in a care home for adults and young people with learning and physical disabilities. In this role I had many responsibility such as , personal care , medical assistance , planing and supervising day trips , keeping up with household work and meal prep. working at behavioural difficulties summer camps in both the UK and New York showed me importance of patience , persistence ,respect and devotion in order to build strong relationships. At camps I Lead workshops and activity for groups of up to 15 young people .I was also responsible of around the clock care for a smaller group. Whilst growing up I spent many years of babysitting for family and friends. Also whilst growing up I looked after my younger disabled sister which taught me the importance of the responsibility of caring for someone. I am passionate about creativity and child development. I am eager to learn new approaches and overcome challenges
