Hi everyone! My name is Bethanie, I am a 29 year old Nursery Deputy Manager qualified with an undergraduate degree in Early Years. I am currently looking for part time babysitting. I am First Aid trained, have an up to date DBS and currently work closely with children from 4 months to 4 years of age. I am a nurturing, reliable, trust worthy individual with great punctuality and communication skills who enjoys staying organised. I am also very understanding towards children and their parents, and I am able to fulfil the needs of the family as a whole as I have great experience working with a range of children and families who have diverse needs and preferences, within one setting which I ensure I cater for consistently through my practice. Looking after, playing with and helping children develop is my passion! I enjoy doing arts and crafts, outdoor activities as well as cooking and baking! Through my experience working as a Deputy Manager, and through my knowledge gained from studying for my degree, I have discovered and put into practice many ways of engaging with children through different modes of play to stimulate development in all key areas.
