As a dedicated one-to-one SEN Teaching Assistant, I have supported the individual needs of three different children, managing their learning in a structured, calm environment. I was responsible for planning and delivering tailored lessons and activities within my own classroom, ensuring progress across key areas of the curriculum. Additionally, I teach the children key skills such as, phonics, early mathematical, literacy, language, and communication skills within the school setting. This role has helped me develop strong organisational, behaviour management, and planning skills, but I am now keen to bring these abilities to babysitting, where I can contribute to providing care.
