Hello, I am full time student at De Montfort university studying education studies and psychology. I am currently looking for a job working with/ helping children and families to gain experience and earn an extra income to help with university funds. I have previously worked in a primary school, helping with maths and phonics. I have also helped to run a youth drama group for the past 4 years - working with children aged 8-16. During my gap year, I went to Ghana and worked in a nursery and school with children aged 3-12. I focussed on improving there school life, to ensure they were enjoying learning and kept in a safe environment that would benefit them in the future. I also helped to keep children busy after school, playing with and walking them home when needed.
