I'm Beatriz, 20y, Portuguese, studying Business&Management at Univ of Greenwich. I've been working as a Hostess and Waitress for the last 3 years, this summer I did a 3-month internship in Communication and that's how my interest for babysitting came about.My superior commented he and his wife had a dinner but as it was already in the nick of time he had no one to leave his 2 kids (5/11y old) so I offered myself to stay with them.After that night they ended up asking me if I could stay with the kids on Friday evenings, sometimes until the next morning or the entire Saturday. It was easy for me, all very natural because I feel really happy around kids.With the oldest I managed to be her friend, talking a lot, helping with the activities that her parents stipulated (some activity books for school holidays), we cooked a lot of simple things(essentially when the the youngest was already asleep) and on Saturdays I used to enjoy the good weather outside w/ them.The youngest required more attention,he was very sweet and I tried to make the most of it by playing with him a lot! My priorities were cooking, bathing, making sure they ate and slept on time, especially to make sure they didn't resent their parents' absence during those hours.
