Hi, my name is Ayla, I specialise in looking after children on the Autism spectrum, I have extensive knowledge and understanding of Autism and have two children myself who are on the spectrum. I have spent time working in learning disability and mental health environments, and in education supporting individuals. My philosophy is that of love, compassion, understanding, and kindness. I will provide support and guidance based on the requirements and needs of each individual child based on discussion and meeting with both the parents/guardians and the child. This is very important as the child needs to be comfortable and their needs are of the utmost importance to ensure they are safe and happy. If you have a child or young adult on the autistic spectrum and need someone to look after them so you can have some time to yourself, whether that be an evening, night, or weekend; please get in touch. I am available for babysitting on evenings and weekends, 24 hours and multiple days are possible if enough advance notice is given.
