I currently work a full time job team leading a group of support workers to care for individuals with mental health needs with associated challenging behaviour I have been in my employment for around 8 years, I have grown up looking after kids from the newborn stage right up to the teenage years, i am open minded,caring organised individual I am people person and can communicate effectively I have a level 2 childcare qualification advanced first aid qualification along with Helath and social care Level 2,3 trained. I have years of experience looking after children and find this to come natural to me. I have been vaccinated from COVID-19 and able to do testing each day to prove am negative, I am available every evening and alternative weekends also through out the week as I work set shifts.
