I have had first hand experience with children of all ages (newborns included) from the age of 10. I’ve been looking after children of friends, family and neighbours for many years and am always first on call whenever help is needed! I have looked after children for a few hours, a whole day and also overnight, so I have a lot of confidence in carrying out routines properly. I have a lot of knowledge on sleep techniques, feeding and intimate care routines so have no worries in doing so. I do also have professional experience from working in a nursery specifically as a baby room practitioner (ages 3 months to 2 years).
