Passionate childminder with over 10+ years experience working with children who have diverse needs. As demonstrated in my current role as a health improvement officer, I manage various health concerns and/or emergencies in high pressure scenarios. Working with a diverse range of patients, including maternity, my training and experience has equipped me to be calm in all situations and to adjust quickly. I also have a masters in Education and a certificate in Counselling. Being trained in emotional management, effective support strategies, child development, autism, etc. equipping me to be well versed in supporting children from a holistic point of view.
