I have always grown up in a large family and have always loved looking after children from a young age. I have worked and helped with kids since I was 13 years old with after school care, many babysitting jobs for a number of families. I also have experience from a charity called The Friendship Circle which is an organization for adults and children with a variety of disabilities. I volunteered 3 years ago and still continue now. Within this charity I worked closely with a child one to one every week, partaking in a number of activities such as arts and crafts, days out, swimming etc. Lastly I volunteered at a nursery for 2 years working with children aged from 3 months - 4 years old. I am currently studying health and social care at Nottingham Trent university and hopefully leading on to becoming a social worker after my degree. I have always been passionate about working with children, and this degree will hopefully give me the opportunity to make that a reality. I give everything my 100%, and this applies to many aspects of my life, including my learning and any previous job endeavours.
