I have nearly 3 years experience within a nursery, where I was a keyworker for various children including a child. During this time I completed relevant paperwork -trackers, transition forms and planning materials. I also completed a unique paper journal for each individual child to document their progress and what they got up to during the nursery day. I have completed training, safeguarding and food hygiene too. Whilst being a part of this team I learned many skills including rapport building with parents, communication with outside agencies and having a holistic approach within my practice. I also had to ensure I complied with all policies and procedures, these varied from safeguarding, confidentiality and whistleblowing to nappy changing, meal times and the dummy policy. I am a very experienced individual in childcare, caring for children with varying ages of newborn to 5 years old.
