I’m a Backup Care Nanny in America. I work for an agency there that specializes in finding family nannie’s when their usual childcare falls through. I have worked for the agency for 3 years. Before working for the agency I had been a private nanny for multiple families. For most families I do light house work, taking care of the children along with creating activities for them, making meals for the children and taking them out to the park/activities. My most experience is with toddlers and young children between 4-7 but have experiences with all ages.
