I grew up with 2 older siblings who both had kids when I was very young. I started helping them out when I visited by changing their nappies, reading them stories, putting them to bed etc. I am now 19 years old and my nephews are 6 and 10, now that I am older I look after them a lot more thoroughly. I’ll spend weeks at a time at my sisters house while she’s away for work taking the kids to and from school, to their after school activities, packing their lunches, cooking them food, bathing them and helping them with their homework. I love my nephews to pieces and they are my absolute world, looking after them brings me so much joy even if they are super cheeky! Because I was so young when they were born I wanted to look after children just like how my sisters looked after their own. Knowing that I could look after children as a job is something I have dreamt of since I was tiny. I have grown up so quickly and I am extremely mature for my age mainly due to the fact I grew up in a family where I was the youngest out of everyone.
