I am a motivated employee who enjoys working in childcare. My experience in childcare has given me an effective knowledge on many roles and responsibilities within the childcare sector, such as the Early Years Foundation Stage, SENCO (special educational needs) supporting children and writing individual support plans, safeguarding following relevant policies and procedures and completing relevant paperwork and a good understanding of health and safety. I have also worked closely with the local authority and social workers and safeguarding team.
