I have always had a passion for working with and being around children, whether it’s doing fun crafty activities, sitting reading a story book or playing in the garden!. After leaving school, i went to college and completed my NC6 Early Education and Childcare course, which included two 6 week placements, one in a primary school with 6-7 year olds and one in a nursery working with 3-5 year olds. After college, i got a job in the nursery continuing to work with 3-5 year olds. I worked here for a year and then took a job opportunity in Cyprus where i looked after babies for a holiday company for 3 amazing months. Since coming back i have been working as a Carer in a nursing home but want to start getting back in to childcare as it truly is my passion!
