Hi my name is Amanda. I was working part time looking after 4 children. They are 7,5,4 and 2 years old.I started working for them when the youngest was only 2 days old. I was working for them for 3 years. I worked as a nanny for two years beforehand looking after 2year old twin boys and their brother who was 9. I used to be a special needs classroom assistant and have attended courses relating to children with hearing difficulties. I always like to be on time and I am honest and trustworthy. I use my initiative if I see that things need to be done. I helped the teacher to prepare activities and I tidied the classroom at the end of the day. When I worked in an After-school I collected children from school in my car. I prepared snacks and organized activities for the children. When the owners were on holiday I was left in charge. I also have worked in a Nursery so I have had experience with lots of age groups. I am very reliable and I love working with children.
