Hello, My name is Amanda. I just completed my masters in speech and language therapy at Queen Margaret University. I have a lot of free time throughout my day and and am interested in doing some babysitting. I have had a lot of experience in working with children. I have worked at Residential summer camps for the past 6 summer, where I was responsible for anywhere between 6-30 children at a time. My duties included ensuring the children were safe, but still having fun, cooking meals, providing activities for them to participate in, putting them to bed and waking them up, comforting them when they were upset or sick and more. I've also baby sat family friends, my younger siblings and my nephews. I have had experience with children form newborn all the way up to the age of 16. Additionally, this summer I did some nanny work for a little 3 year old boy. Together we enjoyed going on walks and bike rides, swimming, playing with toys, and running outside.
