I am an experienced nanny/carer living in Leith and I am able to travel to the surrounding areas. I have several years of experience caring for children of all ages and abilities. I have just completed my qualification as an Art Psychotherapist and my placements have involved working with children in school/community settings and with those who have additional support needs. In 2019, I cared for a young individual with complex physical and cognitive disabilities and stayed in this role for two years. This required full personal assistance, supporting her with school learning, thinking up activities to add variety to the week and looking after her two younger siblings at times. I have experience running children's parties in a ceramic studio and working with young ones to do hand and foot prints onto the ceramics. Additionally, I am registered with Disclosure Scotland for working with children and vulnerable adults. I have been fully vaccinated for coronavirus due to my previous university placement within the NHS. I have a full driver's licence and am happy to travel, although I currently do not have my own car. I am fully available during the day and evenings, other than Sundays when I work in a ceramic's studio.
