I have worked with Children and Young adult for all of my working Career. I am an Unqualified SEN Teacher and worked as a Senior Teaching Assistant years prior. I am now looking for a Career change having gained a high level of experience over the years. I frequently care for my friends year old son and have done since being 2 months old. I also have experience befriending, taking a young boy out for weekends to the park, cinema, swimming etc. I follow a child led approach, providing positive experiences and a high level of care. I have excellent skills in behaviour management and have confidence caring and supporting children with additional needs or behavioural difficulties. I am a proffessional, hard working indivual.
