My name is Alice, I'm Italian and I am about to finish my master study in Broadcast Journalism at UWS. I have been a scoutmaster for the past four years and during this experience, I was in charge to lead a group of 46 kids from the age of 8 to 12. I have also worked as a babysitter for different families with toddlers and teens, and kids with special needs. For several years I have also worked as an educator in a summer camp and I think one of my strength points is being able to create a connection with the kids I take care of as I have learned how to make them feel comfortable and how to listen to their needs. I am reliable, responsible and playful and I really enjoy creating creative activities for children especially outdoors. I strongly believe that kids' imagination should be always stimulated with new games and projects and that is why I always try my best to teach children how to play in different and creative ways.
