I have worked in a school the past year so I have fire training, first aid training and a valid dbs. Having worked closely with children for the past eight years I feel I have a very good insight into all children. I have worked with children with disabilities, language barriers, multiples, large families, newborns through to teens. I like to keep the job exciting and fun for everyone whilst maintaining my responsibility. In my experience childcare jobs only work when you get an instant connection with the family and children. The children need to trust you as much as the parents do!
