I have experience in babysitting for family and friends in which I had to apply several skills such as trustworthiness and ability to manage responsibilities. Some of the children I have worked with have had needs to cater to such being on the AS spectrum, I have found ways to connect to him and communicate effectively with him. I myself find it easy to make conversation and make friends with anyone, I believe this is because I am a friendly and charismatic person who is viewed by many others as bubbly as well as sensitive. Many of my employers have given feedback stating I am a bubbly and kind person to be around, not only with the children but also with the employers. I enjoy working with children as it comes naturally, I took time out of my previous summer to volunteer at a playgroup for children and young adults with special needs. It was an amazing experience and has helped grow my knowledge of people and their differences. It helped me realise how much I love helping people and working with children as it is such a fulfilling job to have.
