I have recently completed my degree in English Literature at Durham University and have returned home for the summer before beginning my Masters study. I am active and have worked with children in sport, holding two Level 3 QCF’s in coaching and instruction (specialist area hockey). I have not only worked with children in sport however, but have also frequently worked as a minder and aid in child cookery courses, with and around animals with riding programs and regularly babysat. Furthermore, I have been a tutor since completing my grammar school education and helped with 13+, GCSE and A-Level preparation specialising in English (Literature and Language), Philosophy, RS, History and Classical Civilisation. In addition, I have learnt that it is equally important that the child, not only the parent, is satisfied and trusting in the babysitter that the child has been entrusted to. hope to meet the child’s expectations in being a ‘fun’ alternative to summer school or hours spent sitting in mum or dads office!
