Hi! My name is Alana. I am a registered teacher by profession and am currently looking to babysit while pursuing my master's degree. I am friendly, highly experienced, and qualified. I also love doing fun activities with the children I work with! I have over three years of experience teaching in schools, six years of experience teaching singing, and have dabbled in teaching dance as well as academic tutoring. I have worked at a play-center where I have hosted children's birthday parties. I have been nannying and babysitting for ten years, working with children ranging from infants to young adults. Through my teaching, I have gained experience working with students with additional needs such as social, emotional, mental health challenges, learning difficulties, and disabilities. I hold: - a Bachelor of Education (Honours) - a Bachelor of Music I am also fully first aid qualified and a registered teacher. My rate is £12 per hour, but I am willing to discuss this for families in need. On Friday and Saturday evenings, I charge an additional £2. The rate for overnight stays can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
