I have a vast amount of experience behind me. I grew up in London where I found my passion for childcare and joined a nursery. I worked my way up from a qualified practitioner, to room leader and then I was the deputy manager for 2 years. The manager and I then left that nursery after my long commute every morning and evening from St Neots and we started our own Early Years Consultancy business. It is only starting very recently and so I am looking for rewarding job to do in between training sessions! i love supporting families and meeting children's needs and ensuring the parents feel a good connection with myself. I take huge pride in my work and I always aim to ensure that the children in my care are learning, developing and having lots of fun!
