I am a highly organised and a hard working individual with the ability to work exceptionally well within a team but also able to work well using my own initiative, making me the perfect individual to care for your child/children. I am very versatile, adaptable and I thrive under pressure in any capacity. I have worked within childcare for 7 years with a solid and deep understanding of the development of children and with a keen interest and desire to learn more to enhance my knowledge and I focus highly on the development of young poeple. I am dedicated to maintaining high quality standards and I feel I am creative and an excellent problem solver, allowing myself to quickly support children of any abilities.  I enjoy working on new projects and always find new and innovative ways to work to assist me in my roles, as well as my organisation.
