Hi my name is Abigail, I’m 18 and at the moment I am taking a gap year :) I have had some experience regarding childcare. I often babysit a brother and sister and stay overnight, whilst their parents are away. Also, I went to Romania for two weeks last summer where I volunteered with my school to run a summer camp for disadvantaged children. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and getting to run activities for the kids there. I was a prefect at my school and was also a mentor; I had a group of four girls in year 7 who I met with weekly to discuss topics and to offer help and advice (or just a general gossip)! My friends and family see me as a kind and ‘bubbly’ person! I also like to think I am quite creative and outgoing.
