Childcare in Wiltshire

| I am enthusiastic about child care and have been working in Early Years for 7 years. I have worked in pre-schools and Nurseries at a senior level and have Special Educational needs qualifications. I currently hold a level three diploma in child care and a level three in special educational needs coordination. I hold a variety of qualifications, including First Aid, Child protection and Mental health first aider. I am trained in trauma informed practice and am qualified in 5 to thrive and promoting positive behaviour, which allows me to support children to recognise and cope with their emotions as they grow and develop. I have worked closely with families over the years providing wrap around care, inclduing school pick up and drop off, preparing and cooking meals and preparing children for bed. I love adventures and enjoy taking children on days out to build memories and experiences. I have experience of working with babies up until early school.

| Hello, I’m Hannah a nanny previously working live in with 3 young children, and most recently caring for a baby from 3 months old. I have 3 younger brothers which is where my passion for childcare began. I started working in care at 15 and I have personal and professional experience from the very beginning of life, until the very end.

| I have just finished my second year at Norland Nanny College. I have had many years of childcare experience ranging from newborn to teenagers. I started helping my Mum look after my 3 younger sisters at the age of 12 as she became a single parent. My sisters were then 9 months, 3 and 10 years old. I have continued to help her and have gained many skills (including a great deal of patience!) along the way. This then lead me to Nanny after School and at weekends for local families. I also did various work experience placements at a local Nursery and at a Primary School with Years 1 and 4. Receiving a place at Norland college is my biggest achievement so far. I gained many skills including cooking nutritional and balanced healthy meals for children of all ages including those with dietary needs, bottle feeding, weaning and the introduction of finger foods. I have learnt fun and safe ways for bathing, changing nappies, health and safety and first aid. My two years at Norland also gave me life time friends and experiences and I will forever be grateful for that. I have a full clean driving license and am DBS checked.
