Childcare in Wealden

| I am a 47 years young mum to two older children. I am a confident, reliable, trustworthy ,caring fun loving person who is firm but fair in my work and care of children. I've worked in childcare since I was 16. I've worked as a child minder.Nursery nurse, Teaching assistant, Crèche supervisor, Pre school manager and as a nanny. I have a lot of experience with all ages from birth upwards. I enjoy encouraging and nurturing children’s development, and I use my creativity and initiative to provide fun and educational activities for children according to their age and interests. I am able to adapt to all situations and environments..! I particularly enjoy taking the children out to learn about nature, and to do art and crafts and baking or make up stories on the rainy days. I also like snuggles on the sofa and enjoy a lovely book. Your child's interests will always be paramount.

| My name is Jess! I have over two years experience working in a professional setting with children with a range of abilities, I have experience working with children who are non verbal ASD, to children who have medical needs such as cerebral palsy, epilepsy and diabetes. I’m hard working, fun and loving. I believe every child regardless of their abilities or medical needs has the right to feel supported and respected. I am a well rounded person with many experiences which I use daily to help me deliver the best childcare possible. I am determined, punctual, persistent and most importantly I’m compassionate and will always to my upmost to advocate for the best interests of the child. I have a degree in drama and theatre studies (2:1 with Hons) as well as 11 GCSE’S (A*-C) and 3 A-levels (A*-B).
