I am a 28 year old childcare professional with a wealth of experience and knowledge on child development, playwork, and learning theories. I promote learning through play, exploration, and discovery and I believe in celebrating each child as an individual and encouraging them to pursue their own interests outside of the curriculum. I have 7 years of experience working with children from birth to 12 years old as a Nursery Nurse, a Nanny, and a Childminder, including overnight care and working 1:1 supporting children with additional needs.
