Hello, my name is Sophia. I describe myself as a calm, gentle and patient individual, whom is fun, active and always enthusiastic about anything I do!! I have been brought up living in a Fostering household since I was 3 and I am now 22 years old. So this has given me plenty of years of experience and knowledge of children from different backgrounds and needs. I previous worked at a school for Deaf Children, as a Residential Support Worker, and have a Level 3 Diploma in Children's Learning and Development and also know British Sign Language and First Aid Trained. I have looked after all my 5 nieces and 2 nephews from newborn to the age of 12. I am a very gentle and patient person and I always work with the children and help them in whatever they are doing at their pace and always take into account their opinions and feelings. I am also currently working in a Kids Club supporting young children in various creative learning, activities and games. My experience has always been very positive and parents have searched and called on me again and again as they were very satisfied and trusting my work with and care for their children.

| I am an artist, and have worked with families, children and young people for more than 30 years. The core of my experience has been working extensively as a nanny for babies, children and young people with and without special needs (20 years of experience between the UK and Spain), in schools as Head of Art, Special Needs art teacher, Youth Worker and Early Help Worker at Youth Centres, ran groups for special needs children and young adults, and Outreach Learning Support with youth. I have created and produced Art projects in different countries for children in need. I am bilingual (Spanish/English), caring, loving, fun, creative, patient, warm, reliable, and a hard working active person who appreciates the outdoors, nature, travel.
