| I am a fully qualified paediatric nurse looking to come out of the nursing world for many reasons. However, I have a passion for working with children and still wish to work with children in a different capacity. I have never worked as a nanny, however prior to my nursing degree I worked as an assistant in a primary school (reception to year 2) helping with art and reading predominantly. As a paediatric nurse, I am specialised in neaonatal, new born and early years, but have 10 years experience working with all ages up to 18. I am advance and basic life support trained, new born resus trained, level 3 safeguarding trained and am a driver with a clean liscence. Although I do not possess any nannying qualifications, I do believe that my skills as a paediatric nurse are transferable. I am reliable, calm, fun and good with time management. I wish to immerse myself with a family closely and develop a relationship with their children in order to give the best care that I can as well as providing support for new mothers where possible.
