| I am passionate about providing a personal service for families to help care for and support children with their development. I love working with children and seeing them grow as individuals, preparing them for their next stages in life. I have years of experience working with children in a variety of settings such as schools, summer camp and nursery, including those with special educational needs, and have been a nanny for just over 2 years. I have an NVQ Level 3 in Children's and Young People's Workforce, I am paediatric first aid and safeguarding trained and DBS checked. I also have a Bachelor's 2nd class Honors in Psychology in which I studied a lot about child development. I have my own daughter so have newborn experience and knowledge and skills in behaviour management. I am dedicated to creating a stimulating, encouraging and safe environment for each child’s individual needs and facing everyday challenges. I have valuable skills in management, organisation and communication with an ability to empathise and collaborate with others in a professional manner.
