| About my past within the childcare industry: I started my childcare level 1 course in college, I passed in 2018. I then went into a nursery environment from ####-#### to get some proper experience within childcare. I loved it. 2019 I had my first childcare job which was me bringing animals to children's birthday parties and schools. It was a reptile based company, I helped children hold snakes, lizards, turtles etc, made sure that it all went safely. From then I went to work back at a nursery, then went onto nannying as well. I currently take care of a 9 year old little girl every Thursday evening (term time) I have been caring for her since she was 6 years old. I have 3 younger brothers, me being the oldest I grew up being the second support system for my brothers as well as helping my mum, 2008 I was 8 years old and I loved taking care for my newborn brother. I never wanted to let him go. Now he is 15 and we are SO close. I think from a young age I wanted to work with children. I am DBS checked, I have photo identification. I have references if needed. | I been working with young children for over 10 years now. Starting as babysitter at the young age of 17. I cared for three different families with young children, staying with one family for three years. Helping out on weekends and school holidays, I thought of different activities and games, taken children to the park and play dates. I also prepared meals such lunch and sometimes dinner.I also bathed and put the children to bed and would on occasion stay the night to care for the children.
