| I have worked within childcare settings for 18 years. In my previous setting I was the deputy manager where I helped with the day to day running of the Nursery. I was lead if FSP’S and also the SENCO. I worked very closely with the families as a whole and this is where my passion is. I am currently working for Norfolk community health and care nhs as a family support worker within the neurodevelopmental service.
