| My name is Lisa. I have worked in foundation, primary education and in nurseries as well as a domestic home child carer (nanny, T.A, and in nurseries, over many years) I am passionate about 'Educare,' particularly during the early years - believing that the quality of support throughout childhood and especially in formative years, towards enabling, positively educating and positively empowering the child, to be the biggest aid to contentment, success and welfare, for present and future. I am equally enthusiastic working with all other age groups. Thus, I am immensely enthusiastic and channel a great amount of energy into care and practice. My experience in childcare is extensive often having been with children having additional, or special needs, or being gifted & talented and requiring my one to one care. I have some art dance & theatrical training and I am very creative. Simultaneously, I have raised 9 children from birth. | Hi I’m Alice I’m 28, I’ve lived in glossop my whole life. I live with my little family, boyfriend James, 2 boys A age 10, F age 8 and a little girl age 1 called P. Also have a dog in our house called Hector. My previous jobs are glossop Tesco, barista in a local coffee shop, midday supervisor at a local primary school. I am first aid and safe guiding trained as well as an up to date DBS check. I like to think I am great with children as working along side the for many years but also having children young myself.
