| Hi families, thank you for viewing my profile! I have worked as a Nanny and an Au pair for various families in Somerset as well as in Sydney Australia. I am comfortable working alongside parents in the home as well as solo care and taking the child/children out independently for fun engaging activities and exploring their interests. I have strong experience caring for many ages from new born up to primary school. I particularly enjoy looking after babies and toddlers as I feel I am naturally patient, loving and nurturing. I am familiar with the practicalities of caring for a baby such as changing nappies, bottle feeding, bath times and the importance of sticking to nap schedules etc I have my own car so can reliably commute. My academic background is in art and design so I enjoy encouraging creative art based activities and sensory play. I love to take children outside and make the most of the beautiful Somerset countryside. I enjoy cooking/baking and find this is a really great activity for children.
