Nannies in Bedale

| I have over 22 years’ experience in childcare. I was an OFSTED registered childminder for 18 years and then worked in a children’s nursery setting for 2 years. After this, I became an OFSTED registered nanny and worked for the same family for 2 ½ years until they moved out of the area. I hold NVQ Level 3 qualifications, have up to date Paediatric First Aid certification and I am OFSTED registered as a nanny. I am registered with the DBS update service and can offer references from previous positions. Married with two grown up children and recently had my first grandchild. I live close to the A1 in North Yorkshire hold a clean driving licence and am a car owner. I have vast experience of Childcare, becoming a childminder when my children were small and I have carried out many courses to ensure continual professional development. I am now seeking a position as a nanny and can offer a prospective employer an experienced hardworking, professional.

| Hi, I enjoy being able to help around the home where I work, whether it be for a busy family household ( mine was like that a few years ago!) or for someone who isn't able to do the work themselves due to perhaps age or illness. I have worked in both of these environments and very much enjoyed them both. I am quite flexible in the week and can do any time from say 8am onwards to early evening Mon to Fri. I don't mind the odd weekend helping out but prefer working during the week and them I have some family time at weekends. When I'm not a work I enjoy walking our two dogs, ( both black labs crossed with springer), I also enjoy making jewellery, reading and cooking and trying to keep fit! I am very comfortable working with children and am happy with pets. I really feel I have something to offer and would be more than happy work and befriend a family or an individual. I have recently returned to the UK and Bedale after living in Saudi Arabia for 3 years with my husband. During this time I completed my level 3 Cache Homebased Childcare. This took me 1 year to complete and I have my certificate to show for it!
