Childcare in Sutton

| I am highly experienced in the sector of childcare; I have worked in the same nursery for the past four years now and have enjoyed observing and supporting the children learn and develop over the time they spend with us. I started this nursery age fifteen as a student and worked at the nursery in my school holidays. I was offered an apprenticeship for when I completed my time at school, once I had finished school I began working full-time at the nursery and visited college once a week. A few months before finishing my apprenticeship I was offered the promotion of 2-5-year unit leader. I accepted this position and completed my qualification. After around three months of being room-leader, I did not believe this was successful and beneficial to the children being merged, therefore we separated the rooms back to toddlers and pre-school. I am now souly toddlers room leader and believe this separation has been very beneficial for the children and their individual development.
