| I am ofsted registered and have 28 years experience of working with children in a variety of settings including nursery schools, preschools and community based projects. However the majority of my career has been spent as a nanny within a family based home caring for children of various ages ranging from new born babies to teenagers. I am an experienced and patient person whose commitment to a child's needs is always paramount. I feel my role as a nanny is to provide a safe and secure environment with a wide range of stimulating and educating situations. I am friendly and honest with a confident and vibrant personality. I have a high level of trust needed to work closely within a family and I am reliable and professional. I have good organisational skills and I am a keen and capable cook who enjoys preparing meals for the families I have worked for. I am a caring and fun loving person who brings practical skills to caring for children. I am available to care for children during the evenings and at weekends and for special events including weddings and parties etc. I'm an active person who enjoys exploring the outdoors with interests in hiking, camping, kayaking and cycling.

| Hi, my name’s Guinevere. I’m a 26 year old receptionist/administrator in a doctors surgery. I have a great deal of previous experience in child care. I started with babysitting as a young teen for various family friends. I became a nanny in my late teens to a 4 year old boy before becoming an Au Pair to twin girls in Senegal, West Africa. Whilst there I took on all the responsibilities and challenges that come with caring for young children and managing a home. Once back in England I became a Teachers Assistant in a Primary School. Here I spent 3 years working closely with the classroom teacher to ensure the pupils educational and safety needs were always met. References available on request.
