Childcare in Hatfield

| Hello, my experience in childcare is: in the Netherlands 3 months with a child from 3 to 12 months, in Romania a boy from 6 to 18 months. And the care of my cousin who has been in my care for a long time ... I go to school with her, crane, free time, swimming, tennis, volleyball, cycling, skiing, I really like sports. And a period of time of all three cousins 2 girls and a boy. ages 6,7,10 years.

| My qualifications are: Level 3 in childcare and educational and qualified baby and child sleep consultant. I have 12 years nursery experience, starting with babies from 3 months to 2 years and moving on to children from 2-4 years. I also worked with a family for 2 years as an after school nanny in term time and full time nanny in school holidays. I have worked as a full time nanny with a family with 3 children for 4 years. My most recent job was with a baby who was 8 weeks old when I started. I regularly go on training courses including first Aid and child protection. I have also attended an 'Intensive babycare course' to refresh my knowledge on newborns. I’ve recently had 2 children of my own and have trained to become a sleep consultant for little ones. Looking after children is still what I am passionate about, so I will be looking for a part time role to have along side my sleep consultant business.

| I am a nearly 21 year old female, based in Hertfordshire. I have a natural caring nature personality. I am an adventurous person, I love the outdoors. Forest walks and trips to animal centres. The best way to learn is to participate! Go out and see the world, attitude. I am energetic, but professional. Patience is the key to looking after children, and each child requires a different level, depending on their needs. I have a passion for young children coupled with strong child development skills contribute to a happy and fulfilling child care environment. My proven ability to efficiently assume complete responsibility for children, pets and home while parents are away, this allows me to control and plan the day appropriately. I build trustworthy and reliable relationship with parents and relatives. Which establishes a better routine all round. Communication is key in the role to keep the child healthy and happy, and more importantly safe. As well as reassuring the parents and keeping them up to date as desired. I am very adaptable and flexible around busy schedules.

| I have 4 years childcare experience and proficiency in assimilating into a new family culture. I am motivated to help children become happy, healthy and well-behaved. Skilled in creating schedules, following commitments and maintaining routines. Listens carefully and follows directions well. Passion for encouraging a love of exploration and learning in every child. Deeply adores children and desires a long term position like my previous positions of 2 years a Nanny in the UK and also my experience with a family in the USA. The ages of the children have varied between 6months to 14years old. I have lots of experience with children with learning difficulties (ADHD, Autism and Aspergers) and I am a very patient person. I have passed GCSE’s A*-B and also have 4 passed Alevels in English, Media, Business and PE, so any extra struggles with homework, I can help and tutor. I also have a UEFA B coaching licence and have experience of professional football and Arsenal and Chelsea ladies, so if you have boys or girls who love to play sport, I can assist with that too.
