Childcare in Dalkeith

| I have worked in childcare for the last 9 years, and have been qualified for 8 years when i gained my SVQ level 3 in childcare, I have been working with kids for about 15 years I have lots of experience babysitting for friends and family. I then started working in a Nursery and went to college to gain my SVQ level 3 in childcare, im currently working as a nanny I love children and taking care of them as I’m still a big kid at heart, I’m outgoing down to earth and very active therefor I love to keep the kids busy and occupied.

| I have a multitude of both paid & volunteer experiences. I started babysitting when I was 13 & have worked with kids on & off ever since, from newborn to teenagers. I love playing, being creative with kids & watching them learn/grow. I love being able to have a positive influence on a child's life & love to nurture their creative, curious spirits. I have a gentle, caring & happy personality & a positive attitude. I am extremely patient & very adaptable to new situations. I hold qualities such as honesty, loyalty, understanding, patience & compassion for life with high regard. I thrive off of learning, making new relationships, living new experiences & maintaining a healthy/active lifestyle. Everyone has a different way of raising their children. When I first start working with a new family, I like to spend a bit of time getting to know the family dynamic, how it works & how I can best fit into that. I want to provide tailored care for children, through building an honest rapport & providing both fun leisure & educational activities in line with their interests. I think communication is the key to any successful relationship, so it is very important to always keep those lines of communication open whenever I work with a family.
