| Dear Parents, I'm an Ex-Ofsted Registered childminder, over nine years experience .I worked in a Nursery as a Nursery Practitioner. At the moment I'm working as a nanny .I am passionate about childcare ,I adore little children and their smiles :) I am a calm, patience, easy going family oriented person. I respect other families values and culture. I'm a non-Smoker. Age- 43 I have completed a CACHE Level 3 NVQ diploma in Children's care Learning and Development . completed other training courses .I give Individual attention to every child and I listen to every child's needs. I work hand in hand with the parents to ensure that we share and discuss their child's achievements and experiences, along with any difficulties they may have. I make sure children have fun and they are learning at the same time.
