I started developing interest in care when I was looking after my grand mum and smaller ones who for a couple of years .Since after that, care has been more of a passion for me than a source of income. I have developed some personal qualities over the years such as patience, empathy, honesty, taking time to listen to others and treating people with love and care. These have been very useful in my role as a care worker every where I have worked. By applying these qualities, I want to be part of the team that meets the core values of the trust which are honesty, empowerment, dignity and respect.
