| Hi, my name is Emma and I am a registered childminder in Tyldesley close to Astley Street Park. I have been working in childcare for the past 20 years. I have worked in nurseries and as a nanny. I love children and enjoy their company immensely and find nothing is more rewarding than taking care of them. I believe in creating a positive, happy environment for children, one in which they feel protected and thrive. Most of my experience is from working in nurseries with children aged from 6 weeks to 5 years. I have also been a nanny for one child for 4 years from them being 5 months old to them going to school. Indoors I have a large playroom dedicated to children. I am regulated by the EYFS guidelines, so my activities are varied - I provide messy play, arts and crafts, dressing up, reading, cooking, singing and lots more. I am a few minutes’ walk away from Astley street park. I have an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Children's Learning Care & Development. I am DBS checked and I am also qualified in Paediatric first aid.
